I am here to listen
At ENLIGHTENING PATHS TO WELLBEING patient and practitioner are partners in the healing process. All factors that influence health and wellness are taken into consideration with a broader understanding of the nature of illness and healing. The care addresses the WHOLE PERSON including body, mind and spirit in the context of community as well as lifestyle, habits and prior experiences that have impacted our current sense of self.
I work the whole person rather than just the illness. My philosophy is based on the belief that the ENLIGHTENMENT is already here and now and is that is our true nature or the true nature of reality, it is not that we have to achieve it or become it; but rather we need to remove the obstacles to its expression. WELLBEING is a state of general contentment with life and the way things are. Is also seen as a sense of self and satisfaction and our ability to live our lives as closely as possible to the way we want to.
My goal is to assist each of my clients to reach a greater knowledge and understanding of self and its own situations and so to reach Enlightenment and the sense of Wellbeing.
